A dynamic, creative and commercial professional with a huge breadth of leadership and practitioner experience. Specialisms include creative strategy and brand marketing, learning and development (strategy and delivery), and digital transformation and innovation.

I am a huge advocate for people-planet-profit principles and a people-first approach to culture- and building businesses.

I thrive in challenger-businesses, agile teams, creative environments and with teams where EQ, creativity, innovation and curiosity are highly valued.

Professional experience

I defined and led on the positioning, market proposition, values definition, culture, agency acquisition strategy and employee engagement for AVA, with primary responsibility for culture and capabilities development of our core business and agency acquisitions, as well as our scale-up methodology (2Y3X).

I led Unilever’s global marketing capability and learning across their 7,000-strong marketing and creative population - with leadership responsibility for digital transformation, future skills, a new purpose-led brand positioning, and delivery of a new innovation methodology across the sales and marketing population.

I led an agency team at Google, driving brand sales across Publicis network of media businesses, before moving into the People Ops division to partner with business leaders across UK&I and Northern Europe - defining people strategy, L&D and exec learning programmes across sales, marketing and tech, as well as lead facilitator responsibility for multiple core exec leadership and learning programmes, x-functionally.

I led glue London (latterly Isobar) creative agency through our growth from 7 to 250 people, supporting our sale to Dentsu Aegis and leading our integration into a global creative network within the broader media network. Main roles Client Service lead, Managing Director and Chief Integration Officer.

Defined and led company culture, principles, best-practices and ways of working. Lead facilitator for Scale at Speed methodology for agencies (2Y3X). Partner with agency groups and leaders to ensure effective integrations, onboarding, development and growth. Author of AVA’s culture guide, leading on employee experience, people-first principles, learning and development. Coach and facilitator for AVA and agencies.
